Welcome to our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

1. General
All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Product prices may change without prior notice.

Orders are only dispatched after full payment reflects.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to non-payment.

2. Delivery
Courier Guy delivery fee: R130.

Outlying areas may incur additional delivery charges. You will be notified of any price change before dispatch.

Delivery timeframe: 3–7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier. Delays outside our control are not our liability.

Collection from our address is available by arrangement after payment confirmation.

3. Customer Responsibility
Ensure all delivery and contact details are correct.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

Please monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery.

4. Payments
Orders will not be shipped without full payment.

Proof of payment must be clear and valid.

Orders not paid for within 24 hours may be cancelled.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted if:

The wrong item was delivered.

The item arrived damaged.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and must include clear photos or a video.

Due to hygiene and product integrity, no returns are accepted for:

Change of mind

Wrong size/colour selection by the customer

Products damaged due to customer handling

6. Refunds
Refunds are processed if:

A product is out of stock after payment

The incorrect item was sent

The item arrived damaged

Refunds take 2–5 working days to reflect.

7. Collection Policy
Collection is by appointment only.

Collection details will be provided once payment reflects.

Orders must be collected within the agreed time frame.

8. Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
